Bryan’s Childrens’ Shows’n’Stuff

3 Blind MiceThe Three Blind Mice; Abby Mouse, Benji Mouse & Charlie Mouse, are all at the MOUSEterChef Kitchen this morning.

This school holiday show is in the courtyard at the The GingerBread House Katoomba, starting 10am.

With lots of nursery rhymes, silliness, songs, audience participation & more silliness, this is a perfect way to start your family’s day in the Blue Mountains National Park.

Every child who comes to the show, receives a delicious GingerBread Mouse cookie after the show.

If you are intending to purchase tickets at the door, please be half an hour early to be sure of booking in time… otherwise, bookings can be done online.

Here are our 3 Blind Mice, from left to right; Abby Mouse (played by actor Jill Day), Charlie Mouse (Carolyn Eccles) and Benji Mouse (Ben Roorda).

We’re not sure what it was that Benji said to the two girls during rehearsal, but judging by his and Charlie’s faces… it looks like it was a bit naughty.

the MouseterChefEntertainment and theatre company, Entertainment Blue Mountains, is presenting another kid’s show, which is being hosted by the GingerBread House, Katoomba in the January 2017 School Holidays.

Titled ‘MOUSEterChef; tails of 3 Blind Mice’, it this tail tale is written by Blue Mountains writer Simon Lenthen, and directed by Skye Mostafa.

Loosely based around the original nursery rhyme 3 Blind Mice, the show is sure to please children from 2 to 8 years of age, with songs and other audience participation.

There’s lots of fun promised for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and other adult hangers-on too, with nursery rhymes from their childhood weaved throughout the story.

After the success of last year’s Mother Goose, this show promises to be a special treat indeed.
